Obiekt 217 was a Soviet tankette with a motorcyle engine produced by Kirovskiy Works in 1940. It was an attempt to produce a cheap, self-propelled sledge for carrying two men in prone position. It had two machine guns and some armor protection.

Obiekt 217 was intended for infantry commanders and special squads for the purpose of attacking Finnish bunkers during the Winter War. About a hundred were produced but they did not arrive in Finland in time for the war.
